Story[]
Carter helped his sect's leader, Fran, perform a ceremony to restore the soul of their master, Bertram Oswalt Babbit, in the body of Josh Wallace. While Carter was bringing the human sacrifice for the spell, she kicked him in the balls and escaped. Fran chose fellow cult member Jerry to replace her in death.
Carter is currently held captive by the U.L.P. on their ranch in Kalispell, Montana.
