"Children Will Not Listen" is the fourth episode of Daniel Kravitz, Chosen One Volume 1 and the fourth installment of the series overall. This was the final segment of Show V, performed on November 14, 2015 and was released as podcast #18.

The Story[]
Daniel and Rufus are training in their new location, an abandoned warehouse at the edge of town. Training isn't going well because Daniel isn't listening to Rufus. Abby drops in after closing up Kravitz Antiques at 6PM to check on them, and is amused by the tension. Rufus is less so, considering quitting because he feels he is feeling to adequately prepare Daniel, and he sees signs of the Ultimate Evil all around town. Abby reassures Rufus no one can do better, and then berates Daniel after Rufus leaves.
They suddenly hear screams, and instead of calling Rufus as instructed, Daniel runs right to the source of the trouble, Abby following. Two five-year-old gernumblies, Peggy and Pootie Pugley, are strewing trash, kicking puppies, knocking over bikes (some with riders on them), and causing general mayhem. Daniel confronts the twins, who talk in sing-song, and they respond by playing a game of catch with Abby and Daniel as the balls. Abby, who had thought them cute, quickly loses her amusement.
Rufus arrives with a gem that stops the twins from singing and freezes them in place, to this dismay. Worse, Rufus has called their mother, a monster Rufus has history with, and who is not pleased that they snuck out without permission. Rufus recommends they depart before she arrives, given her unpleasantness.
Daniel asks Rufus why he didn't step in sooner, but Rufus says he was giving Daniel a chance to do the right thing. Daniel grumbles
and goes back to the antique shop. Rufus holds Abby back and confronts her about her feelings for Daniel, considering them a distraction that is holding Daniel back. While Abby denies having romantic interest, she bristles when Rufus tells her she needs to clearly shut down any possibility with Daniel, and instead is goaded into confessing her feelings after years of pining. She heads to the shop, Rufus on her heels.
However, Abby finds Daniel is already talking to a beautiful woman when she arrives, whom he is smitten with. The woman's name is Ragina, and she is Rufus' niece.

Trivia[]
- Grezit the Green did not appear in this episode because Ryan Yohe was in Paris, France, a trip planned before the character was added to the cast. He was there during the terrorist attack, but thankfully returned safe and sound. Had he been in town, the script, although already done, would have been re-written to include Grezit.
