Kiev Pechersk Lavra is a monastery complex near Kiev, Ukraine run by monks. It has produced many members of the U.L.P., notably Cyril Davies' predecessor as head of the organization and Novir. Its members are fit.
While it hasn't given the group many new recruits in recent decades, Novir impressed Cyril and Bertram Oswalt Babbit very much when they met him ("Recall Me, Maybe").
At the time Novir was presented, the head monk hoped that they would continue to be part of the U.L.P.'s future. It is unknown if that occurred.
