Rupert Pryce was a human and member of the U.L.P. in Daniel Kravitz, Chosen One, a segment of It's All Been Done Radio Hour. He was an intelligent advisor and strategic planner working with U.L.P. head Cyril Davies.

Story

Rupert was part of the leadership group, which was supposed to just be a single leader, of the U.L.P. circa 2013. Rufus Reginald Rochester asserted that Rupert was the most-qualified member of the organization to take on the role of mentor at the time, but Rupert declined. Rupert then nominated Rufus, who Rupert had warned Cyril might be an issue, to be a mentor to get him away from U.L.P. Headquarters and protect the leadership's plans ("Gather 'Round the Fire").
