Show I of It's All Been Done Radio Hour was performed at Packrat Comics in Hilliard, Ohio on Saturday, July 11th, 2015 at 7PM. It was written and directed by Jerome Wetzel. The program listed it as "Inaugural Show," with the Roman numeral numbering system not yet applied.
The troupe was in the side room of the shop, often used for board game play, under fluorescent lights with no formal stage. Cast members were seated in chairs on the side of the room, with the audience in the middle. There was a three-mic setup, along with mics for the narrator and foley artist. Most of the equipment was borrowed from troupe member Nick Arganbright and his church.
Most of the cast members had met each other only once, at a rehearsal about a week and a half prior to the show day. In fact, the entire 'original' troupe had not yet been assembled, with Nathan Haley unable to make the first performance, and Wendy Parks not yet officially cast as Abby Reynolds.
The first show was about an hour long, and consisted of three segments and two commercials. Many main and recurring characters were introduced. The introduction and closing were scripted and spoken by creator Jerome Wetzel and youngest troupe member Addie Peelle. There was no formal curtain call.
