Unusually, Mystery Dream Team kicked off the show and Universe Journey was saved for last, with Space Dirt and Privates making up the middle segments. Also, for the first time ever, there was a 'post-credits' scene, occurring in Universe Journey.
The overall program was somewhat Halloween-y, especially the first segment, which involved a traditional monster, and the last, which went into the spooky, twisted Echo Dimension, though the holiday was not celebrated explicitly in a segment. There was also a Ghost Buddies commercial.
While there was hope that Seamus Talty would be in this episode, he did not get off work in time to make it and Ryan Yohe subbed in as Violet. Due to Seamus' work commitments, Jerome took over the Foley Artist duties for this month and the next few months. Kristin Green and Nathan Haley subbed in playing the effects during the show.
