Show XXXVII of It's All Been Done Radio Hour was performed at MadLab theatre in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday, July 14th, 2018 at 5:30PM. It was written by Jerome Wetzel and directed by Dallas Ray. It was billed as the third anniversary show, and featured opening stand-up by Travis Irvine, who also guest starred.
Because anniversary shows tend to be bigger, both the Daniel Kravitz, Chosen One Volume 2 and Universe Journey Season 3 finales were timed to coincide with this show, the UJ finale being particularly important, since it features the destruction of the A.S.S. Thrifty, the starsheep the series had primarily taken place on for forty-two episodes. Given the importance of Universe Journey's installment, it was moved from its customary opening to the third segment position to allow for greater impact. Daniel Kravitz took the opening spot.
Space Dirt relaunched with the tongue-in-cheek title "The Pilot," although it was technically episode two of the series, the first one occurring nearly a year ago and being stand-alone. There was also a very special Packer & Ratcliff, which revealed the background of Pornstar Detectives lead character Amber Showers.
Show XXXVII was original troupe member Amanda Iman's final show, and the Packer & Ratcliff was meant to be a tribute to her, as well as respond to her long-standing request to learn more about Amber. Her former Universe Journey main character, Dr. Awshucks, returned for a Georgie's Jabs commercial, too.
Unfortunately, regular narrator, Chris Allen, was unable to attend, so narrating duties were split among five different troupe members, a first for the show, which usually just appointed one sub when Chris was out. Also, Dan Condo was still at his summer internship on the West Coast, and so was not able to reprise his recurring Universe Journey role of C'mon Captain Yeez. Joe Morales filled in for the part.
